Julie Jobe, 51, Killed in Fairfield Crash at Walters Road and Walters Court
FAIRFIELD, CA (July 12, 2022) – Julie Jobe was killed after a car crash near Walters Road and Walters Court in Fairfield.
The coroner’s office identified the 51-year-old Vacaville woman as the victim of the fatal wreck which took place last week on Friday.
The incident happened when Julie Jobe was driving a car which collided with another in the city of Fairfield. The two vehicles crashed at the intersection of Walters Road and Walters Court.
2 Vehicles Collide
The Reporter and CBS Sacramento wrote that the accident occurred on July 8 at around 4:43 p.m. At least one occupant ended up trapped inside a car as a result of the collision.
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived and freed the pinned person from the wreckage. Deputies confirmed that Julie Jobe died at the scene of the crash.
Medical personnel rushed the other driver to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the Fairfield crash is still under investigation.
Meanwhile, police forced the area of Walters Road and Walters Court to shut down for a time following the wreck.
