Los Angeles Accident Investigation
At this point the investigation into this tragic accident remains open and police have not announced who was at fault.
If a negligent driver caused a collision that caused you injuries or a family member’s death, you may have grounds for a wrongful death claim. The loss of a loved one in a traffic accident is an enormous loss to a family, but compounding their pain is the onslaught of bills ranging from medical costs to funeral expenses. It’s important to note, however, that it’s quite common for insurance companies to try and avoid paying out a claim even when they know their insured is at fault. They may also make an offer to settle for far less than the full amount owed. This is unacceptable.
