4 Injured in Jurupa Valley Crash at Etiwanda Avenue and Jurupa Road
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (June 18, 2022) – Several were injured after a car crash at Etiwanda Avenue and Jurupa Road in Jurupa Valley.
The Riverside County Fire Department first logged the incident on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 3:42 p.m.
Cal Fire said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of Jurupa Valley. The cars crashed at the intersection of Etiwanda Avenue and Jurupa Road.
Firefighters arrived at the scene and then freed at least one trapped occupant from the wreckage. A total of four people ended up hurt as a result of the incident.
2 Cars Collide
Three victims sustained moderate injuries due to the impact of the collision. Medical personnel soon rushed them to the hospital for treatment.
Paramedics evaluated the fourth person for the minor injuries they obtained in the accident. The patient declined transport.
The report did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Etiwanda and Jurupa to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Jurupa Valley crash is still under investigation.
