Riverside Man, 45, Killed in Jurupa Valley Pedestrian Accident
JURUPA VALLEY, Calif. (Feb. 7, 2019) — A Riverside man was killed Tuesday in a car accident on Market Street.
The pedestrian was struck by a vehicle about 11:02 p.m. Market Street and Via Cerro.
The Jurupa Valley Police Department responded and found the critically injured man in the roadway. Paramedics with American Medical Response were unable to save the 45-year-old Riverside man and he died of his injuries. The driver of the vehicle stopped and cooperated with the police investigation. There were no other injuries reported.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation by the Jurupa Valley Station’s Traffic Reconstruction Team.
