2 Seriously Injured in Jurupa Valley Crash on Highway 60 Near Etiwanda
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (January 15, 2022) – A crash seriously injured two people on Highway 60 near Etiwanda Avenue in Jurupa Valley.
According to an article published by My News LA, the accident took place on Saturday morning. Officers reported the wreck at about 5:34 a.m.
The Riverside County Fire Department said a pickup truck and motorcycle collided for an unknown reason in Jurupa Valley. The two crashed on westbound Highway 60, east of Etiwanda Avenue.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
At least one occupant ended up trapped inside the car. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and then extricated the person from the wreckage.
Two people sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision, Medical personnel soon took them to an area hospital for treatment.
The report did not disclose the names of the wounded patients and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, the cause of the Jurupa Valley crash is still under investigation.
Officers forced the westbound lanes of Highway 60 to shut down near Etiwanda following the wreck.
