UPS Truck Injured in Jurupa Valley Crash at Armstrong Road and Gail Drive
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (May 16, 2021) – A fatal crash at Armstrong Road and Gail Drive injured a UPS truck driver in Jurupa Valley.
According to The Daily Bulletin and My News LA, the accident occurred on Saturday evening. Officers reported the wreck on May 15 at about 6:37 p.m.
The incident began when a UPS truck was making a left turn onto Armstrong Road from Gail Drive in Jurupa Valley. At the same time, a Toyota Corolla was traveling at a high rate of speed south on Armstrong.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said the Toyota slammed into the other vehicle in the process. The Corolla hit the UPS truck without braking.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene and found the driver of the UPS truck hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the victim to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. They also rushed the speeding motorist to the hospital, where she died.
The coroner’s office identified her as 28-year-old Bloomington resident Nathaly Lopez Millan. The name of the wounded party and their condition at this time were not disclosed.
Meanwhile, officials forced the intersection of Armstrong and Gail to shut down following the wreck. The Jurupa Valley UPS truck crash is still under investigation.
