Man Struck and Killed in Fresno Intersection
FRESNO, Calif. (Jan. 11, 2022) — Karamjit Singh, 53, of Fresno, died Monday morning in a Fresno pedestrian accident at Shaw Avenue and Marty Avenue.
A driver struck and killed the Fresno man about 3:30 a.m. on Jan. 10th in northwest Fresno, according to ABC 30 Action News.

The driver stopped after hitting the pedestrian in the accident on Shaw Avenue. The motorist told investigators they did not see Karamjit Singh crossing the street at the intersection of Shaw and Marty. Sadly, the Fresno man was pronounced dead at the scene. The Fresno County Sheriff Coroner later released his name.

Meanwhile, the motorist is cooperating with the police and authorities do not believe drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
The investigation into the cause of the fatal pedestrian accident on Shaw Avenue is ongoing.
Police closed down the intersection of Shaw and Marty for several hours yesterday.
