Young Woman Hit by Car on Balboa Boulevard on Sept. 1
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Sept. 19, 2018) — Karissa Hibbler, 22, died in a pedestrian accident on September 1st as she attempted to cross Balboa Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Coroner.
The crash took place at the intersection with San Fernando Road. She was transported by ambulance to a hospital where she later died of her injuries.
The cause of the traffic accident and liability has not been released.

The investigation into this collision is underway and there are certainly many unanswered questions about what happened.
