Katelyn Mitchell Injured in Marysville Car Crash

Multi-Vehicle Collision on E Street Bridge

Marysville, CA (April 12, 2023) – Katelyn Mitchell, a 29-year-old woman, suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on E Street Bridge, the Kuba News reported.

Officials said multiple vehicles collided on the E Street Bridge at the Yuba-Sutter area. Preliminary investigation revealed Mitchell was driving a 2010 Honda Odyssey with a 3-year-old child and 29-year-old man inside. According to the article published online, Mitchell slowed her vehicle due to traffic ahead on the bridge.

Our sources indicated a 2015 Nissan Armada traveling behind the Odyssey was not able to slow down, and slammed into the back of the car. The force from the impact pushed the Odyssey to crash into a Toyota Corolla, which was pushed into the Honda Accord.

The accident took place April 7, Friday, around 1 p.m.

Several Injured in Marysville Chain-Reaction Crash

When emergency crews arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to all occupants in the disabled vehicles. Authorities said Katelyn Mitchell, and her passengers sustained major injuries as a result of the incident.

Detectives assigned to handle the case stayed at the scene the whole afternoon. The continue to investigate liability in the traffic crash that happened on the E Street Bridge in Marysville.
