Fatal Head-on Woodland Hills Crash Ventura Boulevard
WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. (Sept. 12, 2018) – Katrina Remus, 24, was killed and two others were injured in a car accident Tuesday night on Ventura Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The crash took place just before 11 p.m. near Topanga Canyon Boulevard.
The Los Angeles Fire Department sent firefighters and paramedics to the scene where they found one person was ejected from a vehicle.
Police believe the collision may have been head-on. Sadly, Remus, who was a passenger in a Kia Forte, died of their injuries at the scene. The two others were hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
Police investigating the crash closed down Ventura Boulevard just east of Topanga Canyon Boulevard.

The investigation into this collision is underway to determine fault. Police are piecing together evidence and speaking to witnesses to find out what happened to cause this crash.
