KELSEYVILLE (August 4, 2016)- A deadly head-on crash took place Wednesday afternoon on Soda Bay Road also known as Highway 281, per a California Highway Patrol report.
The incident which occurred just after 2:30 p.m. involved a Volvo and a Ford F-350.
The incident report read that Alvin Reed Jr., 45, of Clearlake, was the driver of the Ford heading southbound who was struck head-on by Andrew Kramen, 30, the driver of the northbound Volvo.
