Kenneth Forte Killed in Castaic Car Crash on The Old Road

Fatal Traffic Collision Near Parker Road

Castaic, CA (February 24, 2023) – Kenneth Forte, an 18-year-ld man, suffered fatal injuries following a car accident that occurred on The Old Road.

According to KHTS News, a passenger vehicle and a tanker truck collided near Parker Road in Castaic. Earlier reports indicated the horrible crash took place Tuesday, February 21.

Rescue teams arrived at the scene shortly after 9:45 p.m. First responders found the 2021 Toyota Camry flipped on its roof on the west side of The Old Road. Firefighters said they worked extensively to pull out the driver trapped in the wreckage.

Man Dies at Hospital After Car Accident in Castaic

When emergency crews successfully freed the victim, they subsequently rushed him to Henry Mayo Hospital. The patient later sadly succumbed to his injuries and passed away. Authorities later identified the deceased as Kenneth Forte, of Castaic.

No immediate information was available on the driver of the tanker truck involved in the unfortunate event.

At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the fatal crash that happened on The Old Road in Castaic.
