Pedestrian Kenneth Parker, 63, Killed in Crash at Oro Dam and Lincoln
OROVILLE, CA (December 2, 2022) – Kenneth Parker was killed after a pedestrian crash at Oro Dam Boulevard and Lincoln Boulevard in Oroville.
The coroner’s office identified the 63-year-old Oroville man as the victim of the fatal accident which took place last week on Friday.
The incident happened when Kenneth Parker was trying to cross the intersection of Oro Dam Boulevard and Lincoln Boulevard in Oroville.
Man Hit by Car
Police said for an unknown reason, a tan Ford F-250 pickup truck hit him. The Action News Now and KRCRTV News wrote that the collision occurred on November 25 at around 6 p.m.
Kenneth Parker sustained serious injuries as a result of the pedestrian accident. Paramedics arrived at the scene and then found him down on the ground.
The victim soon died at the scene. Meanwhile, police did not mention if the driver of the car stopped or stayed at the site following the incident.
Officers forced the area of Oro Dam and Lincoln to shut down for a time after the collision. The cause of the Oroville pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
