King Blake Killed in Jurupa Valley Pedestrian Accident on Limonite Avenue

JURUPA VALLEY, Calif. (June 12, 2025) — King Blake, 18, was struck by a Riverside County sheriff’s patrol vehicle in a fatal pedestrian accident on Limonite Avenue in Jurupa Valley.
The deadly crash occurred around 11:14 p.m. on Saturday, June 7th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The sheriff’s Ford Explorer SUV was heading eastbound when it struck the Jurupa Valley teen just east of Camino Real, the CHP said.
It’s unknown at this time if the deputy was responding to a call or if the vehicle’s emergency lights and siren were engaged.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department identified the victim as King Blake.
The cause of the fatal pedestrian accident is under investigation by the CHP.
