Rollover Crash Highway 101 in King City
KING CITY, Calif. (Dec. 26, 2024) — A King City traffic accident involving several vehicles happened Thursday on northbound Highway 101, just south of Central Avenue.
A green Chevrolet Tahoe SUV overturned in the crash at 12:07 p.m. on Dec. 26th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the Chevrolet Tahoe SUV, a black Hyundai, and a white Audi SUV were involved. The report stated the woman driving the Tahoe was traveling at high speed. She reportedly struck the center divider before swerving back into the fast lane where the SUV struck the Audi and the woman’s SUV overturned onto its roof.
The wife of the man driving the Audi called CHP dispatchers to report her husband and two daughters were in the vehicle, but they appeared to be okay.
Paramedics responded and transported one person by ambulance to Natomas Medical Center for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
Tow trucks removed at least two vehicles from the highway.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Highway 101 in King City.
