Car Crashes into Canal in Kings County
KINGS COUNTY, Calif. (Nov. 17, 2020) — A Kings County crash left two women injured after their vehicle crashed into a canal early Tuesday morning at 10th and Tehama avenues.
The Kings County crash was reported at 5:20 a.m. on Nov. 17th, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The vehicle became submerged in a canal about 30 feet deep, the report said. A air ambulance was dispatched to the crash scene to help those who were hurt.
The women were likely seriously hurt in the Kings County crash, but the CHP report does not specify.
The cause of the crash and liability is under investigation by CHP officers and the Corcoran Police Department. It’s unknown if other motorists were involved or if this was a solo-vehicle crash.
A tow truck came to retrieve the vehicle from the canal. Witnesses are urged to contact police to help them determine what led to the crash.
