1 Injured in Klamath Car Accident on Highway 101, Oct 1
KLAMATH, Del Norte County (October 2, 2018) – A traffic collision resulting in injuries took place on Highway 101 on Monday afternoon, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch team.
The accident occurred at approximately 5:20 p.m. near Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park.
CHP received a call about two vehicles collided for an unknown reason at 1530 Highway 101.
As per the incident log, one party appeared to have suffered a broken wrist as a result of the crash. Paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that at least one person was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The name and condition of the patient at this time remained unknown. Meanwhile, authorities are gathering more information and evidence to determine what exactly caused the wreck.
