The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office identified the 34-year-old woman as one of the two deceased people in the accident on Tuesday night.
The incident began when Krystal Mobley was riding as a passenger in a Nissan Altima driven by 27-year-old John Deathriage-Walton.
The California Highway Patrol said the two Modesto residents were traveling north on McHenry Avenue. At the same time, a Lexus SUV was going westbound through a green light.

The SUV then collided with a Kia sedan and a Dodge pickup waiting at the red light on southbound McHenry. The impact pushed the truck into a Toyota sedan in the next lane.
