Several Injured in Head-On Collision on Highway 50 Tuesday
Kyburz, CA (July 17, 2021) – On July 13, Tuesday, multiple people suffered injuries following a car accident on Highway 50.
The Mountain Democrat News reported a Toyota Camry was traveling east on the highway in Kyburz. For an unknown reason, the driver of the Camry allowed the car to cross over the double yellow lines on Highway 50. Subsequently, the Camry crashed head-on into a Toyota Tundra.
According to the article published online, the incident took place near Kyburz Drive at about 7 a.m.

Emergency teams responded to the crash site and found the driver of the Camry; and the driver and passenger in the Tundra, all with injuries. Paramedics rendered aid to all three parties and eventually transported them to Marshall Hospital for treatment.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate several factors surrounding the car accident in Kyburz.
