Kyle Davis, 34, Killed in San Mateo Crash Sunday
San Mateo, CA (September 21, 2020) – 34-year-old Kyle Davis died in a traffic accident that occurred on Highway 92 in San Mateo Sunday, the CBS San Francisco News reported.
Officials said two motorcyclists crashed into a disabled BMW in the slow lane on the high-rise portion of the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge. The collision took place in the westbound side of Highway 92, just off Foster City.
The crash happened at about 10 a.m.
Preliminary investigation revealed the force from the impact caused one of the riders to be thrown off into San Francisco Bay. The U.S. Coast Guard later recovered the body and pronounced the man dead. The San Mateo County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as Davis, of Sacramento.

Meanwhile, the driver and passenger of the second motorbike suffered injuries as a result of the collision. Responding medics transported the patients to Stanford Medical Center for treatment of major injuries.
Several factors surrounding the unfortunate incident remained unclear. Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine whether drugs or alcohol contributed to the deadly accident that killed Kyle Davis in San Mateo.
