1 Seriously Injured in Crash on La Grange Road Near OHV Regional Park
STANISLAUS COUNTY, CA (January 29, 2022) – At least one was seriously injured after a car crash on La Grange Road near an off road park.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident took place early Saturday. Officers reported the wreck at about 12:08 a.m.
The incident happened when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the La Grange area of Stanislaus County. They crashed on La Grange Road near the La Grange OHV Regional Park.
2 Cars Collide
The incident log described the cars as a blue Kia sedan and a white SUV. Both vehicles obtained major front-end damage while one of them went over an embankment upon impact.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found a total of five people involved. They confirmed that one person sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the wounded party to the Memorial Medical Center for treatment. The report did not release the name of the patient and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced a stretch of La Grange Road to shut down following the crash. The cause of the wreck is still under investigation.
