1 Killed, 1 Injured in La Habra Crash Near Lambert Road and Walnut Street
LA HABRA, CA (November 20, 2022) – A car crash killed one person and injured another near Lambert Road and Walnut Street in La Habra.
According to the KTLA News and My News LA, the tragic accident took place on Saturday night. Officers reported the wreck on November 19 at around 9:45 p.m.
La Habra police said the incident happened when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city. The cars crashed near the intersection of Lambert Road and Walnut Street.
2 Cars Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They confirmed that one driver, a woman, died as a result of the collision.
The other motorist survived the accident with non-life-threatening injuries. Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment.
The name of the deceased and wounded parties have not been yet released. Meanwhile, police forced the area of Lambert and Walnut to shut down for a time following the wreck.
The cause of the fatal La Habra crash is still under investigation. Anyone with information can call the police at 562-383-4300.
