La Mesa Crash Investigation
It is unknown at this time who is going to be held responsible for this man’s injuries, but typically drivers are supposed to yield the right-of-way to pedestrians at all times. This man was in a crosswalk at the time of the accident at what appears to be a well-lit intersection. We still do not know if any traffic violations were made by the driver.
We offer our heartfelt prayers to all those affected by this collision.
