Do You Have a Legal Claim?
It’s important that you take immediate steps to protect your legal rights. A collision involving a government employee such as a police officer has a shorter time limit to file an insurance claim compared to a collision that is between private parties. It’s also best to have your own independent investigation to determine liability.
