Legal Help for Motorists
When you are injured or have lost a loved one in a traffic accident, it’s important that you take immediate steps to protect your legal rights. Although a police report may indicate a driver is at fault for a crash, the cause of the injuries or death could be due to faulty air bags or mechanical problems.
An attorney will help you identify all parties liable for your losses. The attorney will also determine if a government claim or a manufacturer defect such as a faulty airbag contributed to your injuries and will share responsibility. This is important if there are low insurance limits that may not cover your medical bills. Contact a quality attorney at Johnson Attorneys Group for a free consultation: 800-235-6801.
