1 Injured in Lake Los Angeles Crash at Avenue O and 177th Street East
LAKE LOS ANGELES, CA (September 16, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Avenue O and 177th Street East in Lake Los Angeles.
The California Highway Patrol received a call about the accident on Thursday morning. Officers reported the wreck at about 7:28 a.m.
According to CHP, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Lake Los Angeles. They crashed at the intersection of East Avenue O and 177th Street East.
2 Cars Collide
The incident log described the cars as a blue Honda Civic and a black Chevrolet Suburban. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the Vista San Gabriel Elementary School.
Medical personnel found one person who complained of pain as a result of the collision. They then took the patient to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Avenue O and 177th Street East to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Lake Los Angeles crash is still under investigation.
