Big Rig Truck Crash on 210 Freeway In Lake View Terrace
LAKE VIEW TERRACE, Calif. (June 27, 2022) – A Lake View Terrace crash involving a big rig truck and another vehicle happened Sunday afternoon on the Foothill (210) Freeway.
The collision occurred about 3:10 p.m. on the I-210 Freeway at Wheatland Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The vehicles blocked two freeway lanes and at least one of the vehicles damaged a guardrail, police said. There was also an estimated five-gallon oil spill onto the freeway.
Meanwhile, debris from the collision spread across the number 3 and 4 lanes, the CHP said.
It’s unknown at this time how many people suffered injuries in the crash.
The CHP issued a SigAlert and they are investigating the cause of the Lake View Terrace crash.
