LAKEPORT: 1 Killed After Car Crash on Nice Lucerne Near Rodman SloughLAKEPORT, California — According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, a fatal collision took place on Nice Lucerne cutoff Road near Rodman Slough in the afternoon of December 21.

At about 1:46 p.m., the CHP team logged an accident that involved a solo vehicle.

The report mentioned emergency crews located two parties in the wreckage. Details on the condition of the two parties were not provided but at least one person was killed.

Further investigation is underway to determine the cause of the deadly crash.
