Eastbound Lanes Blocked in Crash in Lancaster
LANCASTER, Calif. (July 12, 2024) — A two-vehicle car accident happened Friday afternoon in Lancaster, Los Angeles County on 150th Street East and East Avenue K.
The traffic accident occurred at around 1:59 PM on July 12, 2024, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A GMC Terrain and a compact vehicle, collided into one another in Lancaster California, in Los Angeles County. The Los Angeles Sheriff’s and Fire departments were requested to arrive on the scene.
The CHP reported that the eastbound lanes of the road became blocked due to the collision. Soon after, the GMC and compact car were pushed to the right side to clear the roadway to restore normal traffic flow. Tow trucks were also needed on the scene of the crash, especially because one vehicle had major front end damage.
Paramedics responded and located those who may have been injured and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the accident on 150th Street East and East Avenue K in Lancaster California.
