2 Injured in Traffic Collision on 90th Street West at Avenue F-4 Tuesday
Lancaster, CA (August 25, 2021) – Two people suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of on 90th Street West and Avenue F-4, the Antelope Valley Times reported.
On August 24, Tuesday, a collision between a motorcyclist and a passenger vehicle took place in Lancaster. Preliminary investigation revealed a 31-year-old man was riding a 2014 Suzuki GSX-R heading south on 90th Street West. When the rider approached the area near Avenue F-4, he reportedly veered into the opposite traffic lane to pass another vehicle.
Officials said the motorcyclist later reentered the southbound lane of 90th Street West. In the process, he crashed into the right side of a 2020 Chevrolet.
Motorcycle Rider Killed in Lancaster Accident, August 24
The accident instantly killed the rider. Responding paramedics sadly pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, authorities mentioned two passenger in the Chevrolet suffered minor injuries as a result of the wreck. According to the article published online, paramedics transported the patients–a 55-year-old woman, and a 61-year-old man, to Antelope Valley Hospital for treatment.
Further investigation on the car and motorcycle accident in Lancaster is underway.
