Rider Killed in Collision Near 10th Street West
Lancaster, CA (October 7, 2022) – A motorcyclist died following a traffic accident that occurred on Avenue J Thursday, the Antelope Valley Times reported.

Our sources indicated the rider was heading west on Avenue J. When the motorcyclist approached the area near 10th Street West, he collided with a vehicle that was exiting a private property driveway. The horrible crash took place around 10:17 p.m.
When emergency crews arrived at the site, they found the male rider ejected from his motorbike. Paramedics rushed the victim to Antelope Valley Hospital, but the man sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. Authorities continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
No immediate information was available on the condition of the other driver involved in the unfortunate event.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the crash happened on Avenue J in Lancaster.
