Child, 3 Adults Injured in Lancaster Crash at 30th Street East and Avenue G
LANCASTER, CA (November 13, 2021) – Several were hospitalized after a car crash at 30th Street East and Avenue G in Lancaster.
According to an article published by the CBS Los Angeles, the accident took place late Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at around 5:30 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol said two vehicles possibly collided head-on in Lancaster. They crashed for an unknown reason at the intersection of 30th Street East and East Avenue G.
CHP described the two cars as a 4-door sedan and a pick-up truck. One of them caught fire while the other went 50-to-75 feet off the road upon impact.
2 Cars Collide Head-On
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found at least four people who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
An air ambulance took one victim, a child, to the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles with mild complaints of discomfort. Medical personnel rushed three adults to a nearby hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The report did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of 30th Street East and Avenue G to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Lancaster crash is still under investigation.
