At Least 1 Hurt After Car Crash at Avenue J and 30th Street West

March 25, 2019 – A traffic collision involving a patrol car occurred Sunday afternoon in the area of Avenue J and 30th Street West, the Antelope Valley Times reported.
Patrol Vehicle Accident in Lancaster Sunday
At approximately 2 p.m., a deputy from the Lancaster sheriff’s station was responding to an emergency call when his patrol car reportedly crashed into another vehicle at the Lancaster intersection.
Officials said the driver of the other vehicle complained of pain following the accident. The name of that person, and their condition at this time have not been disclosed thus far.
Meanwhile, the deputy driving the patrol car appeared to be unharmed in the collision.
Authorities mentioned the patrol vehicle had its lights and sirens on when the crash took place. The traffic investigators at the Lancaster station is the agency handling the investigation.
