Man, 21, Killed on I-5 Freeway Near Castaic Scales
Santa Clarita, Calif. (March 20, 2023) – Lance Lott, 21, died Saturday in a pedestrian accident on the Interstate 5, also known as Golden State Freeway.
A driver in a white van reportedly struck the young man in the northbound lanes of the I-5 Freeway near Castaic Scales, according to My News LA.
The fatal crash occurred around 2:50 a.m. on Saturday, March 18th, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff Coroner.
Pedestrian Accident on Golden State (5) Freeway
Paramedics responded and located the pedestrian lying on the ground. However, despite life-saving efforts to save the man he died at the scene. He was later identified by the LA County Coroner.
Authorities are working on the case to determine liability for the pedestrian accident in Santa Clarita.
