LAPD Motorcycle Officer Injured in Glendora Crash on 210 Freeway
GLENDORA, Calif. (Sept. 1, 2021) — An LAPD motorcycle officer was injured Wednesday morning in a crash on the 210 Freeway in Glendora.
Jeremy Hollings, 42, collided with two trucks as he headed to work while driving on the freeway about 5:30 a.m. on September 1st, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP reports the collision happened on the westbound side of the 210 Freeway near Grand Avenue. The police officer was driving a 2015 LAPD-issued BMW motorcycle at the time.
The two other vehicles involved in the incident stopped on the freeway between Grand Avenue and North Sunflower Avenue, the CHP said.

Meanwhile, paramedics responded to tend to the injured Los Angeles Police Department motorcycle officer. He suffered a broken leg in the crash.
The extent of the police officer’s injuries are unknown at this time, police said. Also, the report doesn’t mention if anyone else was hurt in the LAPD motorcycle crash.
Authorities issued a SigAlert due to the closure of two lanes on the westbound 210 Freeway.
Finally, investigators will determine fault for the collision.
