Minor Injury, Head-on Collision in Las Flores
LAS FLORES, Calif. (Nov. 25, 2024) — A head-on crash happened Monday on San Benito Avenue at Manzanita Street in Las Flores.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 3:10 p.m. on Nov. 25th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a GMC SUV and a Ford Expedition SUV were involved. The vehicles collided in the middle of the roadway. The Ford had major right-side damage, while the GMC had major front-end damage.
Paramedics responded to help those injured and firefighters helped one person trapped in a vehicle.
It’s unknown how many were taken to a hospital, but there were no serious injuries.
Tow trucks removed both of the vehicles and investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on San Benito Avenue.
