Lasaundra Goode, 44, Killed in Pittsburg Crash on Highway 4
PITTSBURG, CA (November 18, 2022) – Lasaundra Goode was killed after a car crash on Highway 4 in Pittsburg.
The coroner’s office identified the 44-year-old Vacaville man as one of the victims in the fatal wreck which took place on Thursday.
The incident happened when Lasaundra Goode was driving a Ford Flex west on Highway 4 in Pittsburg. At the time, a Hyundai Elantra was going east in the westbound lanes.
Children Victims in Fatal Wreck
The driver of the Hyundai, 27-year-old Vallejo resident Tiara Tucker, then slammed head-on into the Ford. The California Highway Patrol said the two crashed just west of Loveridge Road.
Both cars ended up with major damage as a result of the collision. The Mercury News and CBS San Francisco wrote that the accident on November 17 at around 12:10 a.m.
Lasaundra Goode, Tiara Tucker and the three children riding the Ford died at the scene of the crash. Meanwhile, CHP forced the westbound side of the highway to shut down for hours following the wreck.
