Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Crash at Ridge Route Drive and Lebec Road
LEBEC, CA (June 27, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a crash at Ridge Route Drive and Lebec Road in Lebec.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident occurred on Sunday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 5:28 p.m.
CHP said a black Infiniti sedan and the rider of a black motorcycle collided for an unknown reason. The two crashed at the intersection of Ridge Route Drive and Lebec Road.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the Interstate 5. They found the motorcyclist who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to a hospital for treatment. Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area to shut down following the Lebec crash. They did not confirm if the driver of the Infiniti ended up hurt or if they stopped after the collision.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the wreck.
