Elderly Man Killed, Wife Injured in Lemoore Crash on Highway 41
LEMOORE (October 11, 2018) – A fatal traffic collision in the area of Highway 41 and Lacey Boulevard on Thursday afternoon, according to The Fresno Bee and ABC 30 News.
The accident involving two vehicles took place just after 4 p.m.
As per the reports, California Highway Patrol said a Lincoln Town car was traveling north on Highway 41 approaching Lacey Boulevard when at the same time a Toyota Tundra was headed east.
For an unknown reason, the Tundra failed to yield to traffic, crossed the Highway 41 and collided with the Lincoln.

CHP affirmed that the 82-year-old man driving the Lincoln Town was pronounced dead at the scene. His wife, who was riding as a passenger at the time, was transported to Kaweah Delta to be treated for minor injuries.
The names of the deceased and injured victims have not been yet released. Meanwhile, the motorist in the Toyota was unharmed in the wreck.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
