Man Struck, Killed on Highway 41 in Lemoore
LEMOORE, Calif. (April 2, 2020) — A pedestrian was struck and killed early Wednesday morning in a crash on Highway 41 near Grangeville Boulevard in Kings County.
The collision was reported about 3 a.m. to the California Highway Patrol. Police were alerted there was a man walking in the area in the northbound lanes of State Route 41, but by the time officers arrived they found a man’s body lying near the roadway.
The driver stopped after hitting the man and is cooperating with police.
The roadway was temporarily closed down for roughly an hour for the investigation.
