Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Lemoore Crash at Grangeville and 24th Avenue
LEMOORE, CA (December 3, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a crash at Grangeville Boulevard and 24th Avenue in Lemoore.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident took place on Friday afternoon. According to their dispatch, officers reported the wreck at about 3:15 p.m.
CHP said the motorcycle rider and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in Lemoore. The two crashed at the intersection of Grangeville Boulevard and 24th Avenue.
Motorcycle and Vehicle Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene near Highway 41. They found the motorcyclist who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to the Kaweah Health Medical Center for treatment. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the other driver ended up hurt or if they stayed at the site following the wreck. The cause of the Lemoore crash is still under investigation.
Officers forced the area of Grangeville Boulevard and 24th Avenue to shut down after the collision.
