Driver, 21, Fatal Victim in Traffic Collision Near Sierra Avenue Thursday
Fontana, CA (October 9, 2021) – Leo Chance Tolliver Jr., a 21-year-old Riverside resident, died following a car crash that occurred on the Interstate 15 Freeway.
According to the Fontana Herald News, a traffic accident took place on October 7, Thursday. Earlier reports indicated the collision happened in the southbound side of the freeway near Sierra Avenue.
The exact number of cars involved in the catastrophic incident remained unknown.

Shortly after 12:35 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found one driver unconscious. Paramedics reportedly performed life-saving measures to the victim but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. The San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner’s Division identified the deceased as Leo Chance Tolliver Jr.
Additional details on the unfortunate event have not been revealed thus far. Given that, investigators continue to work to determine exactly how and why the fatal car crash in Fontana happened.
