Leonardo Castellanos Killed in Motorcycle Crash in Colton, California
FATAL TRAFFIC COLLISION: SUV Versus Bike
COLTON, Calif. (March 5, 2025) — Leonardo Castellanos, 21, of Colton, died one week ago in a tragic motorcycle accident at South Hunts Lane and East Oliver Holmes Road in Colton.
The two-vehicle collision happened around 6:30 p.m. on February 25th, according to the Colton Police Department Communications Center.

Dispatchers were alerted to the traffic collision at the four-way Colton intersection between the young motorcyclist and a sports utility vehicle, the report said.
They sent police and paramedics from the Colton Fire Department to the scene where they located injured motorcyclist.
The rider, identified as Leonardo Castellanos, was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, but he did not survive.
Meanwhile, an investigation into what happened is underway by the Colton Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT). The collision occurred at a four-way intersection controlled by traffic lights and permissive left-turn arrows. We don’t know the circumstances leading up to the accident and whether or not any traffic violations were involved.
