Lesley Adams Fatally Struck by Vehicle at Broad and Woodbridge Street Saturday
San Luis Obispo, CA (September 5, 2021) – Lesley Adams died following a pedestrian accident that occurred in the area of Broad and Woodbridge Street on September 4, Saturday.
The KSBY News reported a vehicle struck a female party at the San Luis Obispo intersection. Per article published online, the horrible crash took place at approximately 8:45 p.m.

Preliminary investigation revealed the woman was seen running eastbound across Broad when an oncoming vehicle hit her. The collision resulted in life-threatening injuries to the victim, later identified as Lesley Adams.
Responding medical personnel sadly pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, authorities mentioned the driver involved in the unfortunate event stayed following the crash. Investigators continue to work at this time to determine exactly what happened here and why.
