2 Killed in Crash with Semi-Truck are Identified
FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (Oct. 27, 2022) — Leslie Boston, 64, and Fatimah Rambo, 35, both died Monday in a crash with a big rig truck in Fresno County.
The collision happened around 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 27th near Russell Avenue and Shields Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The women were riding together in a Toyota that allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign.
An oncoming big rig truck collided with the vehicle at the intersection.
Both women died at the scene of the crash. Meanwhile, the driver of the big rig truck suffered major injuries and paramedics took him to the hospital.
Investigators are working on the case to determine liability.
