Liliana Gonzalez, 29, Fatally Struck by Vehicle on 215 Freeway Near Iowa Avenue Monday
Grand Terrace, CA (July 15, 2021) – Liliana Gonzalez, a 29-year-old woman, died following a pedestrian accident that occurred on 215 Freeway on July 12, Monday.
The Victor Valley News Group reported a vehicle struck the female party in the northbound side of the freeway near Iowa Avenue. Officials identified the car involved in the catastrophic incident as a 1988 blue Ford F-150.
Deadly Pedestrian Accident in Grand Terrace, July 12
Shortly after 10:25 p.m., emergency teams arrived at the location. Paramedics found the woman lying on the ground. Despite life-saving measures, Liliana Gonzalez succumbed to her injuries and died at the scene.
Investigators later determined two other motorists struck the victim. Pending confirmation, the make and model of the other cars involved in the wreck have not been revealed thus far.
Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event remained undisclosed. Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine the precise cause of the deadly pedestrian accident in Grand Terrace.
