1 Injured in Linda Car Crash on Beale Road Near Lower Avenue
LINDA, CA (September 17, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash on North Beale Road near Lowe Avenue in Linda.
The California Highway Patrol received a call about the accident on Friday morning. According to their dispatch, officers reported the wreck at about 10:41 a.m.
CHP said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Linda. They crashed on North Beale Road between Silverwood Street and Lowe Avenue.
The incident log described the cars as a green Chevrolet Suburban with black crate on its roof and a Toyota Corolla. The sedan obtained major front-end damage upon impact.
Baby Involved in Collision
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found an infant inside one of the vehicles involved. They confirmed that one person ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel took the patient to the Adventist Health and Rideout for treatment of minor injuries. Officials did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP mentioned that the two male occupants of the Chevrolet turned right onto Lowe following the wreck and then pulled over.
Officers forced a stretch of Beale Road to shut down after the collision. The cause of the Linda crash is still under investigation.
