LINDSAY, California — A woman was fatally injured and two men sustained injuries as a result of a traffic collision at Highway 65 and Avenue 237, according to an article by Fresnobee.
The report mentioned that the December 1 accident transpired between two vehicles, one driven by 67-year-old Michael Lawhorn and another driven by 48-year-old Ismael Rodriguez.
Initial investigation claimed that Michael Lawhorn made an unexpected left turn onto Avenue 237 causing the collision against Rodriguez who was driving north on Highway 65.
The force from the impact caused fatal injuries to the woman who was a passenger in Lawhorn’s vehicle. She was identified as Janet Lawhorn, of Lindsay.
Further, paramedics transported the two men to Kaweah Delta Medical Center in unknown condition.
Further investigation is underway to determine charges and liabilities.
