Woman Killed in Orangevale Motorcycle Crash is Identified
ORANGAVALE, Calif. (November 28, 2022) – Lindsay Crawford, 45, of Orangevale, died in a motorcycle versus SUV crash at Greenback Lane and Hazel Avenue in Orangevale.
The traffic accident occurred late Wednesday, Nov. 9th about 10:50 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The motorcyclist and a silver Ford Edge collided due to unknown circumstances at the Orangevale intersection, police said.

Firefighters and paramedics responded and located the injured motorcycle rider down on the ground. The woman suffered major injuries as a result of the collision.
Sadly, despite their efforts, Lindsay Crawford was pronounced dead following the collision. The Sacramento County Sheriff Coroner identified her on its website.
Meanwhile, it’s unknown if anyone else suffered injuries in the crash.
Police closed down Greenback Lane and Hazel Avenue to conduct an investigation into the cause of the crash and liability.
