1 Killed in Lindsay Car Crash on Avenue 245 Wednesday
LINDSAY, Tulare County (October 24, 2018) – A fatal traffic collision took place along Avenue 245 on Wednesday afternoon, according to The Fresno Bee.
The accident occurred at around 3:36 p.m. in a rural area at 21223 Avenue 245.
As per the article, California Highway Patrol said for an unknown reason two vehicles collided on Avenue 245. One of the cars involved slammed into a tree as a result of the initial impact.
Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that at least one person was killed following the wreck.
The name of the deceased has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, the report did not mention if any other party was injured after the crash. The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
